Membership Eligibility

To use BGN Connect services, you must:

  • Be a verified member of the Brahmin community
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Membership Plans

BGN Connect offers three membership tiers:

  • Silver: Basic membership with access to view listings
  • Gold: Enhanced membership with ability to create business listings
  • Platinum: Premium membership with all features and priority support

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the platform for legitimate business networking only
  • Respect other members and maintain professional conduct
  • Not misuse or attempt to harm the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

Payment Terms

All membership fees are processed securely through our payment gateway. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Membership automatically expires at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.

Intellectual Property

All content on BGN Connect, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of BGN Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

BGN Connect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any activity that may harm the platform or other users.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of BGN Connect after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
